Mindfulness
Mindful meditation helps us by focusing on the self, our breath, our place, being here now in the moment
With guided meditation tailored to you and whatever you bring we can work to restore balance
If you have experienced trauma I am also a Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness practitioner, and we can use a modified version of meditation to avoid any triggers
Compassion-Focused Therapy
Life can be difficult and sometimes we need to offer ourselves self-compassion. This form of therapy is a gentler way to approach our problems and a kinder way to treat ourselves. You are important, you are unique.
Other Modalities
I have quite a big tool kit full of very interesting and useful therapeutic models that I can use to help you help yourself. I will be with you whilst you work your way through each piece of the stuff you bring, and I will offer psychoeducational tools for you to take away.
